Nature's Science White Willow Bark (Salix species) contains salicin the direct precursor to acetylsalicylic acid, known more commonly as Aspirin. White Willow Bark has the same effect as Aspirin, pain reduction, however since it also contains Tanins, which are beneficial for digestion, it tends to be gentler on the stomach than synthetic Aspirin.*
