CytoCarb Lite (CytoSport's unique low-glycemic indexed combination of pure crystalline fructose and complex carbohydrate blend, including amylopectin starches and branching, shor medium and long linear chain maltodextrins with very low 'DE' (Dextrose Equivalence). THis maltodextrin provides a complex carbohydrate source approximately 96.5% sugar-free), alpha-L-Polylactate (our patented L-lactate formulation containing non-acidic L-lactate ionically bound to L-arginine, fructose, glycine, L-histidine, L-alanine, sodium L-lactate, potassium L-lactae, L-pyruvate), citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, potassium succinate, L-glutamic acid, magnesium succinate, calcium succinate, malic acid, ascorbic acid, L-alanine, L-glutamine, d-alpha-tocopherol acetate, natural color, rutin, beta-Carotene, sucralose, quercetin, lemon bioflavonoids, chromium polynicotinate.

Suggested Use:
Before/During: Mix 1-1 1/2 scoops of Cytomax per 16 ounces of water to ensure a proper carbohydrate solution. Drink about 15 minutes before training and consistently during your workout. To ensure proper hydration, drink 32 ounces per hour of exercise.

After: Drink a post-workout bottle for recovery and rehydration.

Mix one scoop in 8-10 oz. water. Drink 1-2 hours before training or your event. This is a good starting point. Experiment te determine the best timing for you. Remember, regular Cytomax is ideal during and immediately after an event or training.
